I’m not only mission-driven; I’m absolutely passionate about helping leaders to raise their consciousness and build their courage – and to develop their heart every bit as much as the mind. Who we are determines how we lead. We also lead the way we’ve been led.

We subscribe to the traditional (if not wildly outdated) beliefs of what it means to be a good and effective leader. We do what we know. If we knew differently, we’d do differently. And that’s where you and I can do some really great deep, mindful, mind-blowing, fun, and insightful work together.

Based on your specific goals and objectives, we’ll create your customized plan for becoming a more conscious & courageous leader. You’ll enter a space held just for you and your heart.

Small-group coaching sessions take you on a shared journey to conscious and courageous leadership with the support of others who are committed to doing the very same.

Team coaching is about working with intact teams who want to take their awareness and courage to the next level, together.

A highly specialized training in which you’ll learn how to become a braver leader as you learn the four empirically based skill sets of courageous leadership, all of which are teachable, measurable, and observable:

When it comes to raising consciousness, we need a starting point, a gauge of some kind to help us assess where we are as we begin our journey. Think of it like one of those mall maps that helps you to see where you are in the midst of the bigger picture.

In our work together, that gauge is the Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) assessment, which all of my clients take from the very start. Let me just say that the ELI is a total game changer. That’s not hyperbole – that’s something you can absolutely take to the bank!

This assessment is so instrumental in helping us understand the way in which you see yourself, the world, and everyone in it. We’ll learn more about you in 90 minutes, and your current level of consciousness, than it would otherwise take us to learn in three months of working together.
